The Service Ticket system is only applicable to orders purchased directly from Porch Conversions by the originating dealer. Please refer to the supplier who originated your order if you’re having any issues.

Attach Image(s) of problem. If issue is related to color or shipping damage, show bar code stickers from the item(s) and include picture(s) using a tape measure to verify any dimension issues. Shipping claims for damage are problematic to win due to the cartage laws; therefore, the more evidence we have the stronger our argument.
